VeritexAI is an independent software company founded by veteran technologists and enterprise consultants. We started it to prove a thesis: that AI's real promise isn't conversation — it's completed work.
Our thesis
The last wave of AI taught machines to talk. That's useful — and it's the easy 20%. The hard, valuable part of knowledge work is the other 80%: reading the fine print, reconciling the numbers, assembling the deliverable, chasing the exception. The effort nobody wants to do and everyone has to.
We build agents that carry that 80% end to end — starting from the outcome you want, doing the multi-step work to get there, and showing every step so a person can approve it. Not a copilot that suggests. An operator that does, with you in control.
That's why “verified” lives in our name. Speed without trust is a liability. So everything we ship is auditable, reversible, and cost-capped by design — powerful enough to be worth it, governed enough to trust.
