Our name comes from veritas — truth. It is not decoration. The moment you let an agent act on your behalf, "trust me" stops being good enough. You need to be able to see what it did, undo it if it was wrong, and know it can never quietly run away with your budget.

So we designed for that from the start. Four guarantees sit under every VeritexAI product.

Cost-capped by design

Every agent runs under a hard per-turn spend cap, and every action is priced before it runs. An agent cannot surprise you with a bill. The ceiling is set, visible, and enforced by the system — not by hoping the model behaves.

Capability-based authorization

Agents can only touch what they have been explicitly granted. There is no standing access and no ambient authority. Least privilege is the default, so the blast radius of any single step is small by construction.

Injection-defended

Untrusted content — a document, an email, a web page — cannot hijack an agent's instructions. We keep the inputs an agent reads separate from the reasoning that decides what to do. Reading something is not the same as being told what to do by it.

Auditable to the penny

Every step, decision, and dollar is logged and reviewable. You can always reconstruct exactly what happened and why. Nothing about an agent's work is a black box you are asked to take on faith.

Why this matters

Speed without trust is a liability. These four properties are what let us build agents that are genuinely powerful — the kind that carry real work end to end — without asking you to give up control to get them. "Verified" is not a slogan we put on the site. It is the architecture underneath it.
