AI that finishes the job
The last wave of AI taught machines to talk. That is genuinely useful, and it is also the easy twenty percent. The hard, valuable part of knowledge work is the other eighty percent: reading the fine print, reconciling the numbers, assembling the deliverable, chasing the one exception that breaks the pattern. The effort nobody wants to do and everyone still has to.
We started VeritexAI to go after that eighty percent.
Outcomes, not conversations
A chatbot answers a question. An outcome-driven agent starts from the result you want, does the multi-step work to get there, and hands back something finished. That is the difference between a tool that advises and a teammate that delivers.
Our agents begin at the goal and work backward into the steps — reading, drafting, reconciling, assembling — and then show their reasoning so a person can check it. You get the leverage of automation without giving up the judgment that makes the work trustworthy.
A human in control, always
We are not building software that replaces people. We are building software that makes people faster and their work more consistent. Every consequential action waits for a human "yes." Every step is logged. Every decision is reversible.
That is not a limitation we tolerate — it is the point. Capability without control is a liability. Powerful agents are only worth having if they stay on a short leash.
One core, a family of products
Under everything we build is the same engine and the same philosophy. Our first product, BidReady, brings this to the trades: a contractor forwards a bid invitation and gets a polished, priced proposal back, approved by them and sent from their phone. It is one industry's most expensive busywork, done in minutes.
BidReady is the first, not the last. We build one focused product per industry, and we only ship when an agent can carry the whole job end to end.
If you have a process that is bleeding time and money, we would like to hear about it. Get in touch.
